Citing Your Sources

We will be using the The Chicago Manual Style for the citing of sources. Typically in the field of history this style is utilized over APA and MLA because of its versitility. However there is a split in the social sciences. Psychologists and sociologists will typically use APA and historians and economists sticking to Chicago Manual. 

In the past citing sources for high school students was filled with frustrations as teachers picked out small miscues. Now with the aid of the internet a student will to put in a small amount of time using the internet's resources and information and greatly reduce the headaches of properly citing their sources.
